Programs

We are a re-entry organization dealing in practical solutions to support individuals as they transition out of incarceration, rehabs, and other challenging circumstances. Our work focuses on breaking the cycle of recidivism by addressing core issues like employment, and social isolation. We also work with numerous local agencies in Warren County to help ensure every participant is working to get their needs met.

At Charcoal and Grey, we believe that a community-focused approach creates the greatest impact. When one person thrives, their success can uplift families and strengthen neighborhoods. Our work is about building connections, offering second chances, and fostering real change, both for individuals and the community as a whole.
